Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated.

Should the product not be in stock, we will inform you, and provide an estimate of when the product will be available.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, VRPSA will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.


Prices quoted on www.vrp.co.za are in ZAR (South African Rand). The price for each product is shown on www.vrp.co.za and includes Value Added Tax (VAT) at 14%.

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load VRPSA as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.

Direct Deposit

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please fax through your deposit slip to us on (012) 665 1096 or email to sales@vrp.co.za. Once your payment reflects in our bank account your order will be shipped.

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Terms & Conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our Terms and Conditions.

Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Deliveries within South Africa

Many companies build profit margins into shipping rates and pass this charge on to their customers. We actually absorb part of your delivery cost in order to make your shopping experience more affordable. Our commitment to you is to provide exceptional, high quality formulas, while offering the most competitive pricing possible.

When ordering online, you will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, so there will be no cost surprises. We have a delivery cost table which clarifies how delivery is charged. If you order by telephone, we will inform you of the delivery cost before the final amount payable is confirmed.

Delivery Method

Door-to-Door. Local orders are dispatched by means of Dawn Wing Couriers. Your order is collected from us and delivered to the physical address you provide.

We do not deliver over weekends and public holidays, as this will increase your delivery fee. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched. You will then be given a reference number for your package which you can use for tracking.

VRPSA aims to deliver products to destinations within South-Africa within 2 working days of dispatch. However delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Please allow enough lead time when ordering from www.vrp.co.za to avoid any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as VRPSA will not be held responsible for this.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this happen to your package, we will attempt to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for undeliverable packages.

International Customers

We recommend that you email us the details of the order you wish to place, along with your full delivery address. We will then provide you with a total amount due which will include a quote for delivery to your country. We will only proceed with your order once you have approved the applicable delivery charge and when we have processed your payment.

You can only pay by credit card and your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in ZAR (South African Rand) and VRPSA cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Certain import duties/taxes may be applicable in your country and these are your responsibility, not that of VRPSA. Unfortunately we cannot advise you as to what these costs will be - Please consult your local customs office for more information.

Undelivered international packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this happen to your package, we will attempt to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for undeliverable packages.


Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and, once we have checked stock levels, to confirm whether or not we can meet your order at that time. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed as an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the products purchased.

When ordering online: Payment is accepted by means of a credit card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

When ordering by telephone: Payment is accepted by means of a credit card or by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) into our account, your order number will be required as a reference.

In situations where the named recipient is not the person ordering, all order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and NOT the delivery address.


Please check the delivered products as soon as possible on receipt as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction.

We will only refund or replace products in the following situations:

1. When the order is incorrectly dispatched by VRPSA.

2. The product has been damaged in transit.

3. The product is faulty in appearance/consistency.

Any other situation will be at our discretion. For health and safety reasons we do not support a relaxed approach to the return of products as we cannot guarantee the quality of a returned product since we do not have control over the conditions it was stored in. In keeping with our quality assurance, this means we cannot confidently re-sell it and a product that is returned to us is most likely to be destroyed.

1. Incorrect product delivered. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please inform us IMMEDIATELY by telephone or email. Then, return it, unopened, unused, with the dispatch note, having taken reasonable care of it, within 5 working days from when it was received. We will then dispatch your correct order.

We will refund you the cost of the return postage. Please retain a proof of delivery to enable us to process the refund for your return delivery costs.

2. Damaged Product. We do our best to select and carefully package our products. If, for some reason, your product reaches you damaged in any way, please inform us IMMEDIATELY by telephone or email. Then, return it, with the dispatch note, having taken reasonable care of it, within 5 working days from when it was received. We will then inspect the returned item and either send you a replacement product (with no delivery charge) or provide you with a full refund.

We will also refund you the cost of the return delivery. Please retain a proof of delivery to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

3. Faulty Product. Some products are sensitive to temperature fluctuations or moisture and although we take the utmost care in transporting them, they may change in appearance or consistency in transit. If this happens, please inform us IMMEDIATELY by telephone or email and return it, with the dispatch note, having taken reasonable care of it, within 5 working days from when it was received. We will then inspect the returned item and either send you a replacement product (with no delivery charge) or provide you with a full refund.

We will also refund you the cost of the return delivery. Please retain a proof of delivery to enable us to process the refund for your delivery costs.

Refunds will be made directly to the credit card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier depending on how soon we are given the opportunity to inspect the returned item.

Returns beyond 5 working days: For help with unsatisfactory deliveries later than 5 days after receiving them please email us for more information.

Method of delivery for returning a product
Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:
Shipment tracking and insurance for your package for safe return. Please declare the full value of the shipment as failing to do so will mean loss or damage will be for your account.


All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

VRPSA endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

VRPSA reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.


Cancelling an order that has already been processed will warrant a 15% administration fee. Please contact us by telephone on 012 665 2444 or email info@vrp.co.za to inform us of your wish to cancel an order.

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.


We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.


I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to VRPSA and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by VRPSA for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
